Hi Guys
Mom and I just pulled in from Utah Monday evening. Yesterday was spent cleaning the 5th wheel, Doctors appointments for both of us and Mom had the stomach flu. Very interesting day, sure glad it’s over. Our trip was great; when we left Kanab we stayed in Bryce canyon for two days and then went to Moab. Moab is the gateway for the Colorado River and home to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse point State Park. This is a must see State and I hope you can catch it on your way back. If not, we need to plan a family trip. On our way home we stopped at Canyon de chilly national monument, after reading your blog. We will have to go back when we have more time and can take a tour of the canyon floor. I’m currently catching up on your adventure as most of Utah is rural and there is no cell or internet service. Were delighted to hear you had a great mother’s day and Dave was able to surprise you and the boys. We also had an excellent day and went out for dinner. I’m also pleased to hear that you’re starting to clear out the motor home; you are becoming aware of the fact that you have a rolling storage shed. Who else would take two guitars and a drum set? How is Sterling’s finger and Patton’s sunburn doing? We also enjoyed the river walk and wish there was something like it here in Phoenix; just a river would be nice. It’s hard to believe it was so long ago that we were in San Antonio for Teri’s graduation from boot camp. Where does the time go? Keep up the great blog and we also like reading the comments that come in, a great way of hearing from everyone. Hi to John, Denise and Jana and everyone else from us. Dad and Mom
